PIG PIG309 Acid Neutralising Absorbent Sock

The PIG PIG309 Acid Neutralising Absorbent Sock is designed to absorb, encapsulate and neutralise common acid spills in a single step. Featuring a colour-changing indicator that shows when the acid has been neutralised and is safer to handle, it is ideal for battery charging, transport and storage areas.

The sock changes colour upon contact with acids (pH below 7) and continues changing until the spill reaches a neutral pH. Its gelling agents help solidify the acid during neutralisation, reducing the risk of leakage. This product is not suitable for hydrofluoric acid.
