The  Taishio Hydraulic Hand Pump, TS700HP  delivers reliable high-pressure generation in a compact, hand-operated design — ideal for pressure calibration, testing, and field service work. Engineered for precision and ease of use, this versatile calibration tool is perfect for technicians and engineers who need dependable performance in demanding applications.

High-Pressure Performance & Precision Control

Designed to generate pressures up to 700 bar (10,000 psi), the TS700HP provides a robust and accurate source for checking and calibrating digital or analog pressure gauges, transmitters, transducers, and hydrostatic indicators. Its ergonomic hand-operated scissor action minimizes operator effort while enabling precise pressure buildup.

Fine Increment Control

An integrated vernier fine-adjustment valve and open/close release valve allow for smooth, incremental pressure changes and controlled release — essential for accurate calibration and testing.

Durable Construction

Built with a stainless steel body and transparent acrylic reservoir (100 cc), this pump combines durability with easy fluid level monitoring. The rugged design supports stable operation with oil or optional water media, making it suitable for lab and field environments.

Universal Connection & Easy Setup

Standard BSP ports (3/8″ for gauges/indicators and 1/4″ for test ports) provide compatibility with a wide range of calibration adaptors and hoses. The compact footprint and lightweight build make the TS700HP easy to transport and set up wherever you need high-pressure calibration.

Applications

  • Calibration of pressure gauges and indicators

  • Pressure transmitter and transducer testing

  • Hydrostatic pressure verification

  • Field and on-site calibration work
