The ALLEGRO Phase Change Inserts, sold in packs of 4, are designed to be activated by submersion in ice water or freezing for 20-30 minutes until solidified. Once activated, these inserts can be placed inside a vest, typically the Allegro Cooling Vest, to provide a sustained cooling effect. The inserts utilize a Phase Change Material (PCM) that freezes and melts at a specific temperature, maintaining a consistent cool temperature for a period of time
